New addiction treatment office opens in Dayton area

A for-profit network opened a new Vandalia office to treat opioid addiction.

Pinnacle Treatment Center Network, which has locations in six states, opened an office at 7301 Poe Ave. in late January and is holding an open house noon. to 2 p.m. Friday.

The new office, Dayton Treatment Services, will have outpatient treatment with services like medication assisted treatment, counseling, group therapy and education classes.

“I have worked in the field of addiction treatment for most of my career. The Dayton area has been hit especially hard by the national crisis. We are glad to be able to offer the community a viable treatment option. I am confident that, together, we can positively impact the health of people in this community,” stated Rob Pleiman, Pinnacle regional director.
