FAIRBORN — NVR Inc., a large homebuilding and mortgage banking company, on Friday announced the grand opening of new cul-de-sac and parkside sites for single-family homes at Waterford Landing. The homes sell at starting prices in the $120,000 range.

Waterford Landing portfolio of homes offers a choice of eight floorplans, up to five bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, with two-car garages, beaded siding, sodded front and side yards, upgraded landscaping, lamp posts, black dimensional shingles, and brick fronts all included in the base price. Also available are finished basements, media rooms, rear decks, three-car garages and other designer options like gourmet kitchens with granite countertops.

All Ryan Homes also carry 10-year structural warranties and are independently inspected for quality by a third-party provider, the company said.
