Sinclair hires Shook for $31.5M project

Sinclair Community College hired Shook Construction to provide construction management services for its $31.5 million renovation of the campus health sciences center building in downtown Dayton.

Construction will rework the existing 120,000-square-foot Building 14, adding 59,000 square feet of space as part of the project. The result will convert a general technology center into an expanded, consolidated health sciences center, Shook said in a release.

Construction is expected to be complete in fall 2017.

Founded in 1926, Shook Construction Co. serves clients in 13 states from offices in Dayton, Cleveland, Indianapolis, and Raleigh-Durham, N.C.
