State: Bob Evans, Kettering Health biggest area job advertisers

Bob Evans Farms Inc. and Kettering Health Network had the most online advertisements for job openings in this part of Ohio, from mid-April to mid-May 2017, according to state government.

Other big job advertisers online included Beavercreek defense contractor MacAulay Brown, Lowe’s, Crown Equipment Corp., Children’s Hospital and Premier Health Care, an Ohio Department of Job and Family Services report said.

Brookdale, Mercy Health and West Carrollton spinal implant maker NuVasive Inc. rounded out the top 10 in a part of the state that includes Montgomery, Clark, Greene, Miami and other counties, the state said.

In all, that region saw a total of 16,765 job openings posted online from April 14 through May 13, 2017, the state said.

In the Cincinnati region, Consulting and outsourcing services provider Accenture, the University of Cincinnati, the University of Miami and Mercy Health were the biggest online job advertisers, followed by Anthem Inc. and Fifth Third Bank.

Vantiv, General Electric, TriHealth and Medpace rounded out the top 10 in a region that includes Butler, Warren and Hamilton counties.

That area saw a total of 31,948 job openings posted online from April 14 through May 13.

For the state as a whole, 171,284 job openings were posted online for the same period. The biggest advertisers stateside were Accenture, Mercy Health, Bob Evans Farms, Cleveland Clinic and JP Morgan & Chase Co.
