Consulting firm expands in Dayton, Cincinnati

Oliver Group, a Louisville-based leadership consulting firm, has hired a new area director to develop a portfolio of clients in the Dayton and Cincinnati areas.

Jay Schindler, who previously worked for Dayton-based ESKCO Inc., has been appointed to the position. Oliver Group focuses on talent acquisition, development and growth strategy. Schindler has also worked at Teradata in Dayton in the past.
