Two new businesses open in Fairborn

Two new businesses opened this month in Fairborn, one in the center of downtown.

Teena’s Treasures, a new craft shop, opened April 8 at the southwest corner of Central and Main, a few doors down from Foy’s Costume Shop.

The store, owned by Teena and Dave Hill, sells candles, t-shirts, wood items, ceramics and other collectibles, and will be open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The site at 2 W. Main St. was formerly occupied by Gem City Dancewear, which now operates as an online/mobile service.

Just over two miles south, Vapor Haus opened a new retail shop at 1894 Maple Ave., at the corner of Dayton-Yellow Springs Road.

Vapor Haus sells e-cigarette hardware, liquids and other products related to vaping. The company, established in 2013, has grown to five retail locations and a wholesale distribution company.

The Fairborn store, attached to the larger Family Video site, will be open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and noon to 8 p.m. on Sundays.
