The University of Dayton and Miami University are teaming to offer training sessions intended to help business executives identify and eliminate waste in their companies.
The University of Dayton Research Institute’s Center for Competitive Change and Miami University’s Corporate & Community Institute are offering the corporate efficiency training. The sessions are to include principles of the Six Sigma business management philosophy, which strives to eliminate anything that leads to outcomes which don’t meet customer expectations.
The first session is scheduled Jan. 25 at UD.
