Last year’s party drew about 300 local agents with more than 1,000 new toys and more than $3,000 contributed to Dayton-area children, the association said.
“I’m always amazed at the number of toys we are able to donate to the Marines,” Dayton Realtors President Karen O’Grady said. “It was incredibly heartwarming to see their military trucks filled to the brim with new gifts for needy children.”

Representatives from the local Marines Corps Reserve Unit will be on hand to accept the contributed toys. Santa and Mrs. Claus will also be there to express their gratitude to the Marines.
If readers wish to drop off toys today at the Mandalay or at the Realtors offices, 1515 S. Main St., Dayton, they won’t be turned away, a Realors’ spokesman said.
