CareSource’s new 205,000-square-foot, six-story building will house 800 employees to meet the non-profit company’s projected growth forecasts, Woolpert said in an announcement.

In addition to office and collaborative work spaces, the facility will provide employee amenities such as a cafeteria, a fitness center, locker rooms and training rooms.
Frank Monastra, Woolpert project manager, said in a company statement that the new building will use a geothermal heating and cooling system like the one used at the nearby CareSource headquarters.

The city of Dayton is located above the Great Miami buried valley aquifer, which is one of the most productive groundwater sources in the U.S., Woolpert said.
