American Honda Motor Co., has announced Voss Honda in Tipp City as a recipient of the 2008 Honda President’s Award.

This award is presented to the top-ranking Honda dealerships across the country and recognizes excellence in all areas of operation — customer service, sales, training and facility operation. This is the 10th time Voss
 Honda has earned the award.

Voss Honda is the only
Honda dealership in Ohio to have accomplished this.

More than 1,000 Honda automobile dealerships participate in the President’s Award program annually. Each year, award objectives are established to inspire dealerships to achieve even higher levels of customer satisfaction. This year, 157 dealerships achieved these objectives and ranked to merit Honda’s highest honor.

“Earning the Honda President’s Award takes a team of dedicated professionals unwavering in its pursuit of superb customer care,” says Richard Colliver, executive vice president, Automotive Sales.

“We are proud to recognize Voss Honda as one of our Honda elite.”

“I guess we’re going to have to keep doing this until we get it right,” joked Chuck Belk, Voss Honda general manager. “Very few dealerships have done this. We’re in the top one-tenth of one percent — that’s pretty fantastic.”

Voss Auto Network owner John Voss said, “There are only two dealers in the country with
10 wins. It’s quite an honor.”

Voss Honda offers two alternative-fuel vehicles — the Civic Hybrid, Civic Insight Hybrid — in addition to the full line of Honda vehicles, including the Accord, Civic, Fit, Odyssey, Pilot, Element, Ridgeline, S2000 and the CR-V.

Voss Auto Network will be opening its second Honda dealership, Joe Morgan Honda, in 2010 right off Interstate 75 in Monroe. Voss Honda has been a part of the Voss organization for more than 15 years. Voss Honda is located on South Garber Road, directly off Interstate 75 in Tipp City.

Voss was not the only dealership in Ohio to be received the award. Roush Honda in Westerville, OH was also recognized as a 2008 President's Award Winner.

My husband and I both have purchased from this dealer within the last 3 years. We have been extremely happy with the staff before, during, and after our purchase.
Thank you Voss - You deserve this award.
