Marcus Windsor, Wayne, 120: The Warriors senior took the long road to a third-place finish last season, but he looks to claim the title this year. One of the matches of the weekend could pit Windsor against returning state runner-up Max Byrd of La Salle.

Jonah Newburg, Northmont, 170: Undefeated at 10-0 after placing seventh at state last season. Newburg is the lone returning individual champ from last year.

Lyle Plummer, Chaminade Julienne, 113 : The returning state qualifier for the Eagles is a perfect 10-0 on the season, claiming titles at Franklin and Xenia.

Matthew Kolodzik, Miami Valley, 106: Reached the finals of the Ironman as the 11th seed before dropping a one-point match to the top seed.

B.J. Toal, Troy Christian, 182: Returning state runner-up, finished third at the Ironman, dropping his lone match of the season to Graham’s Huston Evans.
