Chaminade Julienne opens golf season with win for girls

Mikaela Hadaway shot a 36 to lead Chaminade Julienne High School to a season-opening 173-187 victory over National Trail in a girls golf match Friday at Highland Lake Golf Course in Richmond, Ind.

Hadaway’s 36 represents the second-lowest individual score ever for CJ.

Diann Binner shot a 43 and Adrianne Marx recorded a 45.

The team score of 173 was the fifth-lowest score ever for a CJ girls team.
