Division I

1. Fairmont (10-1): Firebirds suffered their first loss, 39-31 to Butler, but bounced back with 49-29 defeat of Northmont behind Cassie Sant’s 15 points and nine rebounds. Earlier win over Fairborn helps Fairmont keep top spot.

2. Fairborn (10-1): Freshman Alexis Gassion’s 19 points — including the deciding score with six seconds left in OT — gave Fairborn a 65-63 defeat of Xenia on Wednesday. It was Fairborn’s first win against its Greene County rival since 1997.

3. Xenia (9-3): Buccaneers don’t have time to dwell on that loss. Troy (7-4) and Miamisburg (7-3) are up next.

4. Beavercreek (8-2): The Beavers are 0-2 against teams from Kettering (Alter, Fairmont) but 8-0 against everyone else. That includes a 55-47 OT defeat of Wayne. The Beavers outscored the Warriors 11-3 in OT for their third straight victory.

5. Butler (8-3): Aviators return to the rankings after impressive 39-31 defeat of Fairmont. Sami Baker’s 13 points off the bench led Butler, which faces Miamisburg and Fairborn next.

Division II

1. Alter (11-0): Test against then 8-1 Hamilton Badin turned into a pop quiz with 63-43 win. Ashley Christie’s 18 points led four players in double figures in 71-47 defeat of Marshall.

2. Tippecanoe (10-1): Ellise Sharpe’s season-high 23 points — and 11 assists from Leah Schiller and 10 from Christina Pentaudi — helped the Red Devils stay hot in an 80-42 defeat of Stebbins.

3. Carroll (9-3): A two-game skid (losses to Alter, Tipp) ended in a hurry after 70-19 defeat of Roger Bacon. Kelley Austria’s all-around game of 18 points, eight rebounds and five steals was clutch.

4. CJ (8-4): Eagles’ 57-35 defeat of Cin. McNicholas was good tune-up before heading off to Classic in the Country at Berlin Hiland.

5. Bellbrook (6-3): Golden Eagles started off slow against Oakwood, trailing 18-8 after the first quarter. But Bellbrook — playing its first game since Dec. 19 — recovered for its fourth straight win, 51-48.

Division III

1. Mid. Madison (12-0): The Mohawks won a pair of games against Dixie and Edgewood by an average score of 78-33, with Ally Malott chipping in 20 points per. Madison heads to Pickerington tournament this weekend.

2. Anna (10-0): Rockets appear to be in control of SCL. But next week presents challenges in Franklin-Monroe and Fort Loramie.

3. Brookville (8-0): Courtney Boyd went for 34 points in a 69-40 defeat of Franklin. Next up: Franklin-Monroe on Saturday and a SWBL Southwestern Division clash with Bellbrook on Monday.

4. Versailles (8-2): Seven-game winning streak came to an end with 58-49 loss to Fort Recovery.

5. Miami East (7-3): Vikings erased a two-game losing streak with two straight wins, including a 57-51 OT defeat of Urbana paced by Morgan Miller’s 19 points.

Division IV

1. Marion Local (7-3): The Flyers have won three straight (heading into Thursday’s game with Versailles) and face a tough stretch with Celina and Delphos St. John’s on deck.

2. Fort Recovery (7-2): A 58-49 defeat of Versailles — the Indians’ third straight — put pressure on Marion Local for the top spot.

3. Fort Loramie (7-3): Redskins continue to rebound from a three-game losing streak, replacing it with a three-game winning streak that included a 47-39 defeat of Houston.

4. Franklin-Monroe (7-3): Jets have lost two of their last three, but those losses were to Fort Recovery and Versailles. Schedule doesn’t get easier with Brookville and Anna looming.

5. Miami Valley (9-2): Rams have held their last three opponents to 17 points or less to put together a three-game win streak.
