oh and fairborns leading receivers (who is only a sophomore) was number 2 in the whole gwoc in receiving yards..and didn't get jack besides all division. and gave it too the 3rd and fourth on the receivers list. but since they where seniors i kind of understand why they picked them other kids..but they sure as he!! were not better than that kid from fairborn.

It's obvious you guys did not attend a GCL school, since your spelling is so poor. Stop worrying about football and start studying your English. Carroll's WR did a good job, so give him some credit. I'd like to see Fairborn make the playoffs for once in their lives before they start talking crap about anyone. C-J had all 4 receivers on both all GCL teams and they deserved it. Carroll's receiver deserved making the team over any Fairborn ******. He would have definitely made it on C-J's team.

ftbl guy is dead on it! Carroll competed in GCL and took on GWOC teams with mostly underclassman and they came up one game shy of playoffs. Saw that kid make circus catches for 1st downs, big plays and game winners. All you sour grapes need to factor in # of TDs per # of receptions and yards per reception instead of just high numbers. Anybody can catch the ball... it's what you do with it that counts!

Old Coach, I, like ddn, forgot all about that kid. In our game against Dixie this year that dude caught three TD passes against us. one for 70+ and two for 60+. We won the game handily but was not his fault. In my opinion, you are right.
