Grilliot leads red hot T-Bolts

Northmont held off Lebanon’s rally for a 4-3 victory in Monday’s high school baseball action.

Jordan Grilliot (2-0) doubled, tripled and picked up the win for the T-Bolts.

Northmont improved to 19-6 (6-3 GWOC); Lebanon fell to 13-10 (8-4).

Wayne 4, Chaminade Julienne 0: Nicol Chesley allowed just one hit and struck out 14 for the Warriors in this D-I Dayton Sectional. Marlena Heindorf singled in the top of the fourth to break up the no-hitter. Wayne improved to 17-7 and moves on to play Piqua at home on Wednesday at 5 p.m.

Greenville 16, Marshall 0: Jordyn Fisherback (23-2) doubled, knocked in four runs, struck out 13 and recorded her sixth perfect game of the season in this D-I Dayton Sectional. Greenville improved to 25-3 and will play Stebbins at home on Wednesday at 5 p.m.

Baseball

Centerville 17, Belmont 0: Justin Broach threw a no-hitter and the Elks hit four triples in this Division I Fairborn Sectional game. Centerville moves to 16-5 and will play at home against Meadowdale on Wednesday at 5 p.m.

Bellbrook 11, Valley View 6: Jonny Thacker hit a double and two home runs and Christian Demko added a double and a home run for the Golden Eagles. Bellbrook improved to 16-5 (8-4 SWBL); Valley View fell to 14-7 (7-4).
