TROTWOOD — The Dayton Gems on Tuesday acquired defenseman Andy Zulyniak from the Missouri Mavericks for financial considerations.

Zulyniak, 26, from Winnipeg, Manitoba, has three points in 15 games this season with the Mavericks.

Zulyniak will be with the Gems when they visit the first-place Evansville IceMen on Friday.
