WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Miami University hockey team is in the national championship game.
The RedHawks advanced on Thursday, April 9, with a 4-1 win over Bemidji State in the semifinals at the Verizon Center.
Tommy Wingels scored two goals and Bill Loupee and Alden Hirschfeld also scored for Miami, which will face Boston University or Vermont in Saturday night’s championship game.
