Miami women's basketball team program receives NCAA grant

INDIANAPOLIS — The NCAA announced Wednesday, June 23, that the Miami University women’s basketball team has been awarded a grant to help further market and improve the program.
The RedHawks are one of 12 teams (along with two conferences) to have their grant proposals approved.
Specific details regarding the use of this grant money will be announced in August alongside the release of the 2010-11 women’s basketball schedule.
