MINNEAPOLIS — UD middle blocker Lindsay Fletemier helped the USA A2 “Blue” team to a bronze medal finish at the USA Adult Open Volleyball Championships over the weekend.
“It was good to play at such a high level of competition,” Fletemier said. “I tried to work on things that would expand my game, and I hope I have a chance to do this again next year.”
Fletemier is a Garden City, Mich., native, and an AVCA All-American.
“She was one of our most productive and efficient attackers, hitting over .400 and is an exceptional blocker and server as well,” said A2 Blue team head coach Suzie Fritz, who coaches at Kansas State.
