WEST CAROLLTON — Revolution: A Tribute to the Beatles features a cast of performers who take their roles as John, Paul, George and Ringo very seriously.
At the same time, the quartet strives to create an entertaining experience combining professionalism and fun.
Using costuming and original instruments, the performers recreate the look and music of the lads from Liverpool.
The songs remain timeless and beloved by successive generations of listeners: "She Loves You," "I Wanna Hold Your Hand," "All My Lovin'" ...
And those are just the opening three on the program that will be presented Monday evening at West Carrollton High School as the concluding offering of the 2007-08 Miami Valley Community Concert Association's series of shows.
Revolution, touring since 1988, features Tim Piper as John Lennon, Jim Neil as Paul McCartney, Greg Piper as George Harrison and Les Perez as Ringo Starr.
