BEAVERCREEK — Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, 4432 Walnut St. in The Greene, will host a Champagne Dinner at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 30. The menu will include 1999 Delamotte Champagne Blanc de Blancs paired with Vegetable Crudités with Lemon Pesto and Mascarpone Dip; Brie with Smoked Trout, Fresh Basil and Mimosa Glaze Crostinis; Delamotte Rosé Champagne paired with Lobster Bisque with Chestnuts and Creme Fraiche; 2002 Dom Perignon paired with Cranberry Glazed Quail over Wild Greens with Apples, Hazelnuts, Crumbled Goat Cheese and a Maple Cider Vinaigrette; Krug Grande Cuvee paired with Roasted Veal Medallions with Foie Gras, Swiss Chard, and a Pancetta Potato Cake; and Delamotte Champagne Brut paired with Mango Lassi Cheesecake. Cost is $125, not including tax and tip. Reservations are required and may be made at (937) 320-9548.
