Violations/comments: Non-food contact surfaces of both paper towel holders and vents on the two door reach in freezer in front area have accumulations of dust. Observed a build up of dirt and debris on the shelves below the ice cream display counter.
Note: Walk in freezer floor is buckling. Floor must be sealed, smooth and easily cleanable. May want to consider replacing floor.
