Violations: Beef in the walk in refrigerator is at 50F. Ensure temperature controlled for safety foods are being stored at 41F or below to prevent the growth of pathogens. Adjusted the walk in refrigerator temperature lower during the inspection and temperature dropping.

Package fish and bean sprouts onsite. No labels present on the packaging at the time of inspection. Packaged foods need to have a complete label when for consumer self service. Label at a minimum needs to have name of product, ingredients (if applicable), net weight, allergens (if applicable), and responsibility statement (name of business and address).

Clean tubs and trays being stored inside of the mop sink area in the meat cutting area. Clean equipment may become soiled by being stored in the mop sink. Ensure to store equipment in an area to prevent possible contamination. Moved to back storage area during the inspection after cleaning. Corrected.

Spray bottle of glass cleaner being stored above three compartment sink at the meat cutting area. Spray bottle of degreaser being stored above preparation area near walk in refrigerator. Ensure chemicals are stored to prevent possible contamination of food or food contact surfaces. Moved the chemicals below the three compartment sink and below the prep table during the inspection and corrected.
