Violations: Observed mold growth on the inside guard of the bulk ice machine. Food contact surfaces must be clean to sight and touch. Empty ice to clean and sanitize the inside parts of the bulk machine and maintain.
Observed no soap to wash hands at the bar handsink. Handwashing sinks must be stocked with soap to wash hands. Ensure hand soap is provided for proper handwashing to occur Comments: Will conduct a re-inspection on or around 9/7/16 to check the bulk ice machine and the bar handsink.
Beer tap cooler to be replaced, nothing stored inside of the unit.
