Violations/comments: Observed employee drink sitting within bar area. Ice scoop was stored improperly on top of ice machine, corrected during inspection. Critical violation: observed residual inside of the drink gun nozzle behind bar. Observed no towels or hand drying device at a hand washing sink behind bar. Observed no hand washing sign posted at the hand washing sinks, in the food prep area or behind the bar. Observed two open holes in the wall behind reach-in cooler and freezer that need to be sealed properly. Observed tiles being pushed upwards and residual and water getting underneath the tile under the three-compartment sink.
