Found several stickers and sticker residue on plastic lexans throughout kitchen dry rack. Discussed with PIC bacterial growth conditions and removal techniques. Items will be removed and clean thoroughly.
Found a cracked lexan container used for storing pretzels. Discarding.
Found the following items stored improperly: non-inverted foam clam shells and uncovered coffee filters. Found uncovered pizza dough and ice cream in walkins. Corrected.
Found the following areas in need of cleaning: under equipment, beside equipment, and under shelves.
Found sterno stored on top shelf of dry storage/carryout. Corrected.
Comments: Correct all violations by next standard inspection. All corrected violations must remain corrected.
