Violations: The following issues must be corrected as condition for re-opening:
- Caulk around 3 compartment sink where it adjoins the wall: gaps greater than ¼ inches in width must be sealed using stainless steel trim molding, gaps less than ¼-inches in width may be caulked.
- Seal all wall shelving gaps where it adjoins the wall and between shelving, seal all gaps around the hood vent, seal all gaps around the salamander, seal right side of bread cabinet against the wall to the left of the handsink
- Make all escutcheons flush against wall and seal with silicone caulk
- Remove excess grout from top of cove base tile under left side of warewashing sink
- Seal holes in RFP wall left of 3 compartment sink
- Provide 50-foot-candles of light under the hood
- Complete all building department requirements for hood and ANSUL system
- Install wheel guards for cookline equipment
- Remove all plastic protective film from stainless steel surfaces
-Re-grout floor behind 4-top burner
- Make refrigerated drawer unit operable under Vulcan cook top and ensure holding at 41F
- Perform final cleaning
Comments: Not approved to re-open. Must complete all above noted issues and contact the Health District to schedule next pre-licensing/remodel inspection once this facility has been released by the Building Dept.
