Violations/comments: Observed ice machine lid cracked. The surfaces of cutting blocks or boards were severely scratched or scored and could not be effectively cleaned and sanitized. Observed food timers with residual build up, vent hood with dust and residual build up, dust build up on nacho cheese dispensing machine, fan in food service area with dust build up, residual build up on knobs of slicer and also on back of slicer. Observed hand sink in bar being blocked, bucket of sanitizer was being stored in the hand sink. Observed mesh strainer/liner in hand sink indicating that the sink is being used as a dump sink. Hand washing sink being used for purposes other than hand washing. Observed floors with dark build up in hard to reach areas and areas in food prep area. Observed build up dust in walk in cooler.
