DAYTON — David R. Stacy, who for 10 years has been Chief Financial Officer of The Ohio Masonic Home in Springfield, has been named CFO and Director of Operations for The Dayton Art Institute.
Stacy’s 30 years of finance and accounting experience in health care and the not-for-profit industries makes him particularly valuable to the museum, said Janice Driesbach, Director and CEO of the museum, in making the announcement.
At The Ohio Masonic Home, a retirement community, Stacy oversaw accounting and finance, human resources, information technology and financial assistance programs.
A graduate of Bowling Green State University, Stacy holds an MBA from Wright State University. He resides in Kettering with his wife, Virginia.
Stacy assumed his new position last week.
Next on the hiring agenda for the DAI is the Kettering Associate Curator of Asian Art. An announcement is expected soon.
