Spring is here and summer will be here before you know it so we want to hear about your summer festivals, Memorial Day and Fourth of July events. Share your event details for free by following the guidelines and deadlines below.

Summer Festivals

If you are in charge of a sumer festival or fair please submit the following information:

Festival/Fair name
Street address/name of venue
Dates, times
Cost
Description of the event
Website
Information phone number

Submit by Wednesday, May 30 for print consideration.

Memorial Day Events

If you are in charge of a Memorial Day event please submit the following information:

Event name
Street address/name of venue
Date, time
Cost
Description of the event
Website
Information phone number

Submit by Friday, May 18 for print consideration.

Fourth of July Events

If you are in charge of a Fourth of July parade, festival, fireworks display or other event please submit the following information:

Event name
Street address/name of venue, or starting location of parade route
Dates, times
Cost
Description of the event. If fireworks, please indicate approximate start time for display.
Website
Information phone number

Submit by Friday, June 25 for print consideration.

Note: All events will appear online. We try to include every item in print, but volume means publication isn't guaranteed and that receipt cannot be acknowledged.

As of Monday, August 15, 2011 we no longer accept events via email, fax or U.S. mail. Events must be submitted online for possible inclusion in our print listings or to be listed in our online events. If you are new to entering your events online, then you will need to sign up for an account. It's easy, free and puts you in control of your event listings. Please note that the deadline for possible inclusion in most of our print products is two weeks before the publication date.
