Here’s how Chabut described the special bottling of his Hullabaloo:
“This year’s version will be similar to the first version in 2014. It’ll be 9.5 percent alcohol by volume, 50 IBUs (International Bitterness Units) and aged with French Oak spirals. Expect a very malty beer with notes of toffee, caramel and burnt sugar.
“I’m selling 150 bottles, limit two per person, $12 each. We’ll start selling the bottles at 4 p.m. on Friday.”
Eudora offers its own beers on tap and also has a brew-on-premises station that allows customers to choose ingredients and a recipe and brew their own beers at the brewery.
