“I'm gonna need you to go ahead and come in tomorrow.”

“It's not that I'm lazy, I just don't care.”

“I believe you have my stapler.”

Dayton Office recently opened and bills itself as the

“Gem City’s first homegrown all-inclusive office space concept.”

Office space rental starts at $495. The business offers corner, window and interior space.

“We’re giving small companies the resources of a big corporation for a good monthly rate. They get a receptionist, mailing address, internet, phones, conference rooms and parking for no additional charge,” Dayton Offices President Bob Posner said in a press release.

Party-goers are encouraged to dress like Office Space characters during the family friendly party that includes music from local band Spungewurthy, food trucks, drinks and office space tours in and around Dayton Offices’ building.

Awards will be given for best dressed.
