The bad guy thought he had it made until swamp justice caught up with him.
Bryan Zuniga was weaving in traffic when a deputy pulled him over. Zuniga thought running would be a nifty idea so he took off and was able to jump over a fence and get away.
But a few hours later police got a call about a man who was bitten by an alligator near a water treatment plant.
Sure enough, it was Zuniga with bite marks on his face and arm.
The Tampa Bay Times got a copy of the police report which says "he stated he was watching fish jump when he fell in and was attacked by an alligator."
He now faces rehabilitation as well as a whole boatload of charges that include evading an officer and property damage.
