Savvy shoppers know that one of the great places to get good deals on gently-used children's clothing and toys is the TWIG #3 Moms Market. The event will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 13 at Clearcreek Elementary School, 750 S. Main St. in Springboro.

In addition to finding games, books, computer games, sports equipment and more, you'll also be contributing to Dayton Children's. In the past five years, this sale has generated more than $40,000 for the hospital.

Clothing sizes range from newborn to youth size 16 for boys and girls. You'll also find items ranging from maternity clothes and strollers to car seats and shoes.

Credit cards are accepted; monies for the hospital will fund patient monitors for the general pediatric unit on the third floor. Items – neatly organized and categorized – come from more than 100 local moms.
