Cooks’Wares in the Marketplace at Settlers’ Walk will host a cooking demonstration from 6:30 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 18, by Giuliano Hazan, an Italian cookbook author who splits his time between a Florida residence and his cooking school in Verona, Italy. Giuliano Hazan’s fourth cookbook is entitled “Giuliano Hazan’s Thirty Minute Pasta: 100 Quick and Easy Recipes” (Stewart, Tabori & Chang, $27.50). The menu includes Crostini with Tomato and Arugula; Fusilli with Peperonata; Pan Roasted Pork Loin with Apples and Plums; Swiss Chard sautéed with Olive Oil and Garlic; and Carrot Almond Cake, Italian style.
