Pet owner Sue Davis agreed to cut her dog's nails herself with the Deluxe Quick Finder. Her patient dog allowed her to.

WHAT IS IT? Quick Finder Deluxe

WHAT IT'S SUPPOSED TO DO: Locate the quick of the dog's nail so nails can be trimmed safely.

HOW MUCH IT COSTS: $29.95

DID IT WORK? Yes.

WHAT DID YOU LIKE ABOUT IT? It works like a stud finder.

WHAT DID YOU DISLIKE ABOUT IT? You have to have a VERY patient dog to use it. It takes more time messing with their paws than many dogs will sit still for.

IS IT WORTH THE MONEY? Only if your dog is good at sitting still while getting their nails trimmed and you can't see the quick.

WOULD YOU BUY IT? I would have because I'm always worried about cutting into the quick (my dog has black nails).

WOULD YOU RECOMMEND IT? Yes. It seems like a good product IF you have the right conditions.
