Women's clothing store set to open in Lebanon

Cato, a specialty retailer of low-cost women's fashion apparel, shoes and accessories is set to open Wednesday in Lebanon in northern Warren County.

The new store, by the Wal-Mart Supercenter along Ohio 42, is owned by Charlotte, N.C.-based Cato Corp.

The company touts high quality merchandise at low prices.

"With exclusive styles, on-trend fashions and low prices every day, our customers can always find their statement of style while enjoying their shopping experience at Cato," said John Cato, chairman, president and chief executive officer. "We are excited about the opening of our new store in Lebanon."

Waynesville resident Nicole Lancaster will manage the new store. Lancaster has been with Cato for two years and is transferring from the company's Wilmington store.

There are 35 Cato stores throughout Ohio.

Besides its Cato division, the company also operates It's Fashion!, which has more than 1,200 stores in 31 states.
