Alien Tech expands training courses in RFID technology

— Alien Technology Corp. is expanding the training courses and professional training offered at its RFID Solutions Center, which specializes in radio frequency identification technology.

The center offers testing and training services to companies and governments in RFID technology, which are electronic tags or devices embedded in products, vehicles and inventory to keep track of their whereabouts and stock levels.

The center began operating in February 2006. It is located at 3001 W. Tech Blvd., near Dayton-Wright Brothers Airport, and is a division of Alien Technology, a California-based producer of RFID integrated circuits, tags, readers and related services.
