Six-month-old Dannielynn will undergo a DNA test to identify her father, an attorney for the baby's grandmother told the Associated Press.

Dr. Michael Baird, a DNA expert with DNA Diagnostic, was hired by Larry Birkhead, one of the men claiming to be the father.

Officials at DNA Diagnostic Center would not comment on their role in the case, citing a court-issued gag order.

The former 39-year-old reality television star died Feb. 8 after collapsing in a Florida hotel, sparking the custody case.
