MIAMI TWP., Montgomery County — April 6: Police were called to the Rusty Bucket, 2812 Miamisburg-Centerville Road, because an intoxicated female locked herself in a bathroom stall and wouldn't leave. The subject and the manager were standing outside the Rusty Bucket when the officer arrived. She locked herself in the bathroom when asked to leave. The subject told the officer he was cute. She stated she was staying at a Comfort Inn and asked if he'd go to the room with her. The subject read his name on his uniform and began repeating it. She was warned to quiet down several times. The subject struggled while being cuffed. She was placed in a cruiser where she banged her head on the cage and seat. She was told to stop, and did briefly, but began kicking again. She was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
