Unhappy customer shoves cash register to show displeasure

A roundup of unusual and noteworthy items from area police departments:
ENGLEWOOD — June 6: Police arrested a male on a report of vandalism at Burger King, 301 W. National Road.

The subject said his order of cinnaminis was burned and he went in and asked for a refund.
The manager wouldn't give him his money back. The subject became upset and pushed the cash register to the floor.
Employees said they saw the subject eat the food outside, then come in demanding his money back, saying his order was burned.
The manager said she thought he was kidding so she played into it. This upset the subject and resulted in him pushing the register to the floor.
The dining area had to be closed until the register was repaired. A cut to the subject's hand was cleaned and bandaged and he was taken to jail.
Thieves could outfit a home with items taken in break-in
TROTWOOD — June 6: A resident in 800 block of Bradfield Drive reported a breaking and entering at the residence.
Several items were stolen including a gun, washer and dryer, air conditioner and condenser, two televisions ($441) and a lawn mower.
