Rain leads to collision at I-75, Route 4 interchange

DAYTON — The entrance to Route 4 from southbound Interstate 75 was closed starting at about 5 p.m. today after a semi-truck and a mini-van collided at Malfunction Junction in rainy conditions.
A Dayton dispatcher said crews had not removed any victims from the crash but did not know when the interchange would reopen.
