March 2: A complainant reported that while driving on Ohio 48 near the intersection of Wenger Road, a male driver approached from behind at high speed.

The complainant switched lanes so the subject could pass. When he reached the intersection at Taywood Road, the subject's vehicle was in the center lane, stopped at the light.

The complainant pulled into the left turn lane and was speaking to his wife, who was in the passenger seat, when the subject got out of his vehicle, yelling. He slammed his hand on the complainant's rear passenger window and then the passenger window.

The subject, still yelling, tried to open the passenger door, which was locked. He hit the side mirror, collapsing it into the vehicle frame. The complainant proceeded to church, dropped off his wife and reported the incident.

The subject was contacted by phone but said he had nothing to say.

Officers went to his residence and charged him with disorderly conduct and criminal damaging.

"I hope they have witnesses," the subject said.
