DAYTON — Two more former Miami Jacobs Career College students joined two others in a civil lawsuit Monday, April 21, alleging fraud, misrepresentation, consumer fraud and breach of contract regarding its surgical technology program.
Paul Singleton, Melissa Hensley, Bukeka Archie and Heather Gomolchak claim the school lied about the program's accreditation status.

They claim enrollment counselors and others told them the program was accredited by a national medical body when it had not. The students either attended or graduated before the program earned accreditation in March 2007.
Each is seeking damages of $25,000 to cover tuition and loss of income.
