Man's wine tasting results in arrest for intoxication

A man was lying unconscious in the driver's seat. The officer learned the subject had been at a wine tasting at Carillon Park.
The subject had vomited on himself and could barely communicate. Field sobriety tests were attempted but discontinued due to the subject's high level of intoxication. Keys to the vehicle were in his possession.
He was arrested for physical control of a motor vehicle while intoxicated.
