Police said Marshall entered two unlocked rooms at Havighurst Hall on May 21 and assaulted a female who was asleep in one of them and held a pillow over her face. Police said he also entered the room of a male student twice.

Marshall, a 6-foot-7, 289-pound junior offensive lineman who won a state wrestling title in the heavyweight division as a senior at Mason High School in 2005, has been suspended from the team, school officials said.

Marshall's mother posted a $26,000 bond Friday, May 30, to get him out of the Butler County Jail.
