It seems that former WDTN-TV reporter Coleen Sullivan has been dumped.
At least that's the word coming out of London on Monday night, June 23, from Daily Mail columnist Richard Kay.
"Just 18 months after abandoning his vivacious second wife Caroline for an American TV presenter, 44-year-old Earl Spencer is single again.
"I can reveal he has dumped Coleen Sullivan, who moved in with Princess Diana's brother soon after being sent to Britain to interview him.
The break-up has stunned friends who thought that the libidinous Earl had at last found the third Countess Spencer," Kay wrote.
"Their relationship has certainly followed a predictable pattern. He fell so passionately for the dark-haired Coleen that he left Caroline just months after she had given birth to their daughter Lara — their second child and his sixth.
But the couple are no longer living together at his magnificent stately home, Althorp in Northamptonshire, where Diana is buried," Kay wrote.
"Coleen was not seen at last week's literary festival at Althorp, which Spencer takes a great pride in. A friend tells me: "She has gone home to America. What else do you expect a girl to do?"
Policeman's daughter Coleen, 34, first met the Earl when she visited Althorp in February 2006 to make a documentary about the Princess of Wales for her TV station, WDTN Channel 2, where she had earned a reputation as being something of a pin-up.
Within a matter of weeks, Coleen had dumped her American boyfriend of 11 years and, the following October, Charles told Caroline he wanted a divorce."

I just saw Justin Allen,he is a really good looking man! I was not awared about this new!but all I can say is that she is ugly inside -out. She only looks good in TV. Any woman needs to realized that no man on earth will take her seriously after she cheated to her ex -fiance!at the end NO MAN will take the risk!she and Justin had 11 years together! Spencer needs to learn how to select the right wo-man,none of them are Classic,Charismatic and good hearts,and good looking at all. He should lerned something from her sister.Victoria so ugly and problematic!the second one no class too and she was previolsy divorced for beign problematic!also her real personality come out after the divorced when she agreed with media that Spencer dsonet knwo how to treat woman and this last one it is the worst one,she looks like a monkey and internally awful!

I was in London and I read a couple old newspapers about it!I do believed something was already wrong with his marriage before she showed up ,but he had a second tought: No1she was engaged to a man for 11 years. Cheated on him. No2 she knew he was married No3 she has no class at all .No man will take seriously a woman like that one. Media in UK pretend to not see the other side of the coin about it.Spencer become a bad boy!for media after he slamed the Queen with his Speech at Dianas funeral.

Coleen has no intellectual substance as is true of many TV reporters. As an anchor I would expect more than a bubble headed ding dong. The winner in this whole “affair” is TV2. They replaced Coleen with a capable informed pro— Michele Kingsfield.

Those calling Colleen a tramp and an airhead obviously did not know her. She’s a wonderful person who fell in love with someone, and we’ve all had loves that didn’t work out. And those calling her a homewrecker, no matter how beautiful and smart Colleen is, she could never steal a man away from a happy marriage. All the best to you, Colleen! I am Colly’s ex Thad. We spent 11 wonderful years together and we were like peas and carrots. I had a gut feeling when she left for this story that something was amiss. Knowing Coleen just a tiny bit, I have a feeling that she dumped the cad not the other way around despite what the news reports say! She had a whirlwind romance, got some great gifts and stayed in five star hotels all around the world, sounds sweet to me. She used to be my neighbor in Kettering, and she’s a nice woman. I was hoping things worked out with her and the Earl so that, once William becomes King, I could say I used to be neighbors with the King’s aunt. Here’s to hoping she goes on to bigger and better things — like Prince William himself, or at least the dude on the Dyer Garofalo commercials who looks like he’s made of plastic. I’m guessing she never again sets foot in Dayton, as she can now probably get a job in a bigger market.

I was wondering a year ago if he had already dumped her. I totally expected, not because she isn’t beautiful and intelligent, but because he is who is. I don’t think she’ll have too much trouble getting another job but probably not in this area right now. She’d do well in the LA area or in New England area.
