CLAYTON — A motorcyclist was killed Thursday, July 24, after colliding with a car at Phillipsburg-Union and Haber roads.

Forrest J. Times, 38, of Brookville was eastbound on Phillipsburg-Union when a southbound Cadillac driven by Deborah K. Kelley, 51, of West Milton, pulled into the intersection about 3 p.m., Ohio Highway Patrol Lt. Doug Eck said

There is a stop sign on Haber. After stopping at the stop sign, Eck said, "Mrs. Kelley pulled into the intersection failing to yield to Mr. Times."

Speed did not seem to be a factor in the collision, Eck said, noting, "There were no vision obstructions" at the intersection.

Times' 1986 Yamaha ran into the passenger door of the 2003 Cadillac. Times was pronounced dead at the scene.

Eck said the occupants of the Cadillac were not injured, and charges would be filed once the investigation is complete.
