Man says 'there's gonna be some drama' if he doesn't get dinner

DAYTON — Sept. 18: Police were called to South Woodward Street after a male threatened one of his family members. The subject was upset because he completed paperwork to receive free food from the SCLC, but couldn't pick it up because he had to take his girlfriend to work. The subject's mother and stepfather picked up the food for him and took it to their residence so he could get it later. Only bones were left when he got there. The complainant advised the subject said, "You better clear the porch or when I come back there's gonna be some drama." The stepfather was ordered into the prosecutor's office.

Car crashes into house; it has to be stabilized to still stand

KETTERING — Sept. 20: Officers responded to the 2000 block of Galewood Street after a vehicle traveling 100 mph crashed into a house. He was very intoxicated and refused field sobriety tests. Damage to the house was so extensive it needed to be stabilized.

Friend who aids friend arrested for driving under suspension also under suspension

BELLBROOK — Sept. 24: A male driver stopped on West Franklin Street for an equipment violation was also cited for driving under suspension. He contacted someone to pick him up at the scene and when that male arrived the officer learned he was also driving under suspension.
