NEWARK, Ohio — A 15-year-old Ohio girl has admitted sending nude cell phone photos of herself in a juvenile court deal that could result in a felony charge being dropped.

The girl entered what is called a plea to admit to one count of possession of criminal tools in the Juvenile Division of Licking County Common Pleas Court in central Ohio Thursday.

As part of a deal, Juvenile Judge Robert Hoover refused to accept the girl's plea and instead placed a series of conditions on her.

Those include a curfew, no cell phone and no unsupervised Internet usage.

Hoover says if the girl complies with all such conditions the case will be dismissed in April or May and will not be part of her juvenile record.

The Licking Valley High School student said she took nude photos of herself and sent them by cell phone to boys.
